This is reflected in the fact that she is extremely earnest about her field of work. Her hobbies include catching up with the latest technology, the main purpose of which is to increase the efficiency of the industry she works with by applying various aspects of modern technology. In addition to this, she likes to keep an active mind and body by running regularly. Other hobbies that she engages herself in during her spare time include art, photography, and trying out new things to eat, all of which compliment her artistic and creative nature. An advocate of animal welfare and human rights, she displays her soft nature and love for the living. She is also eager about the empowerment of underrepresented populations.

The vast and extensive knowledge that Zuckerberg possesses comes from an educational background consisting of Philosophy from the University of New York, Brooklyn. During her academic years, she decided to change courses and attended New York Law School, soon after which she landed in the field of talent acquisition.

As the saying goes, the experience is the best teacher, and Zuckerberg has proven this by accomplishing what she has by learning as much as she could from her years of working at influential and top positions. Her vast span of experience includes an extensive history of working for some of the biggest companies in New York. Currently working as an executive recruiter, she has also served as the lead and vice president of Deutsche Bank. Her affiliation with the bank dates back to November 2015. This professional experience helped her partner with leading business personnel to shape up recruitment plans and strategies. The experience and knowledge that she amassed over the years enabled her to brainstorm ideas that, once she comes up with them, are then sourced by the hiring managers who come up with networking ideas and internal mobility methods. Her work history also includes working with some other independent firms to manage contract governance as well as business relations. This helped her achieve a timely and extensive sourcing of high-quality candidates who are also diverse in their nature of work.

Doe Deere Bringing Color to Life

Doe Deere
Doe Deere, creator of the vibrant Lime Crime makeup line, was born and raised in Russia. Deere’s formative years were spent in Russia as well as in New York City. She moved to the United States when she was 17 and she currently lives in Los Angeles.

Deere has always been very ambitious and imaginative and she made her dream of becoming a musician a reality when she moved to New York. Being a musician has helped Deere learn career and marketing lessons and has taught her to appreciate when people support her and her events. Although she started out with dreams of being a musician, she ended up in makeup. She has always leaned towards being an entrepreneur and had her first business in Russia when she was only 13, selling temporary tattoos, which was novelty at the time. She discovered them, popularized them, and sold them to her classmates.

Deere lived in New York City form 1998 to 2012 and lived in Manhattan as well as Brooklyn for nine years. She was in a band during this time and it is where she met her future husband. The couple were songwriters and learned to work very well together.

Deere’s advice to young and ambitious women is to follow their hearts because every person has something special to offer-a unique skill or quality that only they posses in the entire world. When you tune into that, that’s when you really start to reach your potential and blossom. Deere’s advice is to “go where you love,” and explore that. It’s important to “be in touch with yourself.”

Lime Crime was born because of Deere’s love of bright and unusual colors and in 2008, they were hard to find. She also noticed many girls were wanting some new and crazy makeup colors but they were not on the market at the time. So Deere decided to make her own. This is a big reason her company has become so profitable.

Deere feels that her makeup gives her and other women the freedom to be themselves and to be able to express themselves without the fear of being judged. Coming from a fashion background, Deere attended FIT in New York and majored in fashion design. To her, fashion, makeup, and even hair go together and women express themselves by what they put on their bodies, how they do their hair and what they put on their face.

Doe Deere, launched her Unicorn Lipsticks in 2009, making them the first radical lip colors on the market and then in 2012, her Velvetines became a hugely popular liquid matte lipstick. She came up with her makeup brand to match the trendy clothes she sewed and sold on Ebay. Her products are cruelty-free and Lime Crime has been reformulated to be vegan as well. She oversees all product development and is a highly regarded beauty influencer. She refused to quit her dreams and is a huge inspiration to all aspiring women to follow their dreams.
